Guillows should reissue the plastic parts for this plane. With those and a 3-view, it would be no effort. With plans, it would be even less effort.

I have contacted Guillows on reproducing the plastic parts for this plane.I have most of the parts and almost three sets of plans. They told me they have no intentions of making any parts available for this plane!I dont have a canopy and a few other things.Mark

Guillows B-29 Superfortress kit no 2005

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Guillows-B-29-S ... 4d0168e390

This is a discontinued Guillows B-29 Superfortress Model kit! This Is not a complete kit ! < NOTE! This would be ideal for someone who scratchbuilds or Has the patience to build one Of these big kits! There are no parts available through guillows for this kit as it was discontinued for some reason due to lack Of sales which I will never understand! You can make the parts from the plans that are missing. What is missing? No canopy , Alot of the wood is missing . what is there?Well Ive looked through the kits theres a full set of Plans and at least plans for 1 or more maybe. There are a 2 sets of decals , some strip wood,Some of the plastic parts are there. The engine nacelles are there The printboard ie cockpit, wheels. Both boxes that the kits came in are in very good shape. This is sold as is and I will not accept returns as I need to clean out some of my stuff that I dont have time for. Any Questions Just ask! I charge a three dollar fee to box as this will be a long box and two kit boxes inside of it. I figured the shipping the best I could.I will only ship to the states as its too much of a pain to ship anywhere else! Sorry! I have a buy it now or you can bid on this . This is a no reserve auction

I saw the $60 price, was ready to buy it, and then realized that it looks like someone built the kit as a flying model with glow motors, which is why they didn't use the outer cowls and dummy engines. Seems to be a box, set of plans, some bombs, and of course the already mentioned front cowls.

I found a vague reference to a: Black Widow Guillow's Kit kit 129, but no proof that this is accurate. If it is Number 129, it'd be a really old kit, perhaps even a "profile" kit like the B-29 oldie that I gave to Simpleflyer... There's a beautiful kit avalable (sometimes) on E-Bay from Sterling...
