The P-38 is arguably the best... Forget that, it is THE BEST fighter of world war two, and is epically AWESOME!

Interesting paint scheme. Not your typical Navy gloss blue, that is so common.
Those decals custom made or from a plastic model kit?

Hi David. I enjoy your posts and your fantastic builds. You and I are about the same age and share the same passion for aviation, and model building, however , Yours are several grade levels above mine. I am just finishing a 303 super cub and have purchased a giant scale Corsair(Gillows). With your help I hope it turnes out good enough to post photos. I've been building RC, so these small models are a real challenge :shock:
