Fuselage cross pieces HELP!!!!

Can anyone tell me or show me how to get the fuselage cross pcs in on the fuselage sides on a J 3 cub or other boxe fuselages that are not flat on the bottom until the glue sets up when useing white or yellow glue? I have broken several fuselages trying to do this. Thanks

Hmmm...I have never had that problem before-are you sure you have them lined up right, according to length of the cross peices? As far as the glue goes, the plans say to put rubber band around the model to hold it until it dries. I don't know if I understand your question, so this may not help at all.
