In addition to the 1:12 scale pilots seat, I am also interested in relocating the web site for dummy machine guns that area bit more realistic than the one that came with the kit. A tail wheel assembly would also be nice to get, but I do not know what size- Sm, med, lg? Any advice is welcome. My shopping list for the Camel's seat, guns, tail wheel. Thank you for reading this.
Dave, I was going by a photo of a replica. Thanks for the correction, although the Guillows kit gives directions for building one- maybe that is for free flight, which I am not interested in. Would I be correct in assuming it had a tail skid?
I just went and checked an actual survivor from WW1, and you are right- tail skid, not tail wheel. Again, thank you for your time and help. I am still waiting for the opportunity to return your many kindnesses to me, an absolute, but grateful, stranger.
