the F16 was completed some time ago - I just like the look of that jet and since these were arguably the two most capable USAF all purpose jets of all time - well...

a quick note:: many of the images in my build threads (earlier especially) are hosted by photobucket and will likely be blocked soon (I refuse to pay any ransom to a 'free' hosting site no matter what)
and only the more recent F100 and maybe some of the Super Solution images will remain (those are hosted by imgur) for as long as the moderators can stand it anyway

latest build project is the Dumas #328 G44 Widgeon..(they call it the USCGJ4F-1 Amphibious Rescue) but it's a Widgeon..

it will be done in the usual Infill style for display only - actually it is to be a present for my little granddaughter and she wants it to be PINK - and so it shall be.
I plan on building another at some point. It's a well engineered kit and I LOVE flying boats, and anything Grumman...

wing center section laid up - just checking the fit and to see if it is level or needs a shim...using a builders square it came up dead nuts...so all I have to do is keep from twisting it during assembly, infill, and sanding...lol
