Which model lends itself to Electric RC Conversion the best?

After building 14 (WWI and WWII) Guillow models for display only, the next one I will be attempting to RC/Electric fly. Which model lends itself the best to rc flying? I am not concerned about the complexity or difficulty of building the plane, but which is the easiest to convert?
