Kit #1403 F-16 Fighting Falcon Build

Hi all, after completing my Albatros D.Va I built a couple of non-Guillow's kits which I figured I would not post here. I had the F-16 kit sitting around for a few years, and its definitely a very different subject than what I usually build. The frames went together pretty quickly, I was able to build them over the weekend in about 6 hours. I decided not to cover it with the included tissue, but instead use silkspan as I find that silkspan provides a smoother painting surface. Unfortunately I don't currently have any in my stock, and no local hobby shops currently stock it, so I was forced to order silkspan online, and will now have to wait until it arrives to begin covering. In the meantime, I will cut, assemble, and fit all the plastic parts, an bend the landing gear wires. I'll post more pictures as work progresses.

Thank you! I have some of the covering done, and plastic missiles assembled and painted. I've been sidetracked with a lot of other things and haven't had much time to build. I'll be sure to post updates once the covering is complete and I have more progress!
