Just opened this and started putting it together. I looooove the laser cut parts. This is the first laser cut kit I ever had. Using super glue and it is going well except I forgot my mask and now I have a migraine. Many people are very sensitive to CA and I am one of them. Will post picks soon.

Once again, I can't seem to make heads nor tails of the plans for the fuselage. It seems I'll have to wing it again. It doesn't matter as I have to mod it to take electric power anyway. Lightening the tail, making room in the nose, strengthening the cabane strut reinforcements and redesigning the landing gear supports. At least the wing drawings seem readable.

I beefed up the tail feather with a single wide piece of balsa instead of thin stringers. Elevators connected by CF rod. Floppy disk hinges installed. These should withstand the monocote (opaque OD) and it wont need much shrinking.

It's coming along nicely now. Coverlite worked better than Monocote, I got the wings built and covered (no foam on this one ). Here are pics of the tail feathers with floppy-disk hinges and one pic of the entire plane so far. Landing gear is next.
