More Than One Coat?

Should I put more than 1 coat of 50/50 glue on the shrunk tissue. I've done 1 coat and wondered if I should do another one. This is a non flying #404 Zero.

i just put white glue on all parts that r tuching the tisue, then i cut the tissue too big so there is some hanging off, the i let the glue dry, when dry, i spray clean water on it but it dries faster with salt water in which case i use nasle spray in a presurized can, then i apply a few coats of dope with 50/50 thinned.
