Nieuport 11 Build
Newest project. Progress so far:

A bumblebee isn't supposed to fly but does.
My plane is supposed to fly but doesn't.
Balances out doesn't it : )

Building this model was a real treat. The parts fit so nicely and precise I was truly amazed. I carved a scale prop from some balsa in my scrap, then stained and varnished all the exposed wood. After all the detail it is a real piece of eye candy. Extra care was needed when covering the top wing as the scalloped trailing edge was a slight challenge to keep from wrinkling. My fuselage was slightly warped, so I covered the longer side first and let it dry and it straightened right out. Have fun.
