B-25 Mitchell question

I have started to build the B-25 Mitchell and have a question. What is the light brown plastic sheet for? It is a perforated sheet that looks like it is made of plastic or heavy styrofoam. I have read over the instructions and do not see it listed. Thanks.

It's made of vinyl. On the outside chance you're building this thing U-Control, make your firewalls out of plywood, do not use the vinyl. Just a tip...

Thanks for the help guys. I will go back and take a closer look at the directions. I am not close to building the fuselage quite yet
