parkzone micro electronics in guillows plane
Hi I'm new to the forum. Has anyone used parkzone micro eletronics in a guillows plane?I put my micro t-28 in a tree and wrecked it getting it down. Seems like the electronics would be small and light enought to work. If so what kit would you recommend. Thanks

The 300 series models should work well if built light. Also, you might try the 900 series Bird Dog or the 600 series Piper Cub or Cessna. They are lighter and closer in size to the original Parkzone model. For a real challenge, if you are a good flier, the 900 series T-28 is slightly larger than the Parkzone version. but if I were to do a 900 series model I would choose the Skyraider or Typhoon since they are the best low-winged fliers in the 900 series.
Good Luck!

Hi,i am bussy putting parkzone micro gear into a 1913 eastbourne monoplane that i am building,by keeping the wieght as close to 30 grams as pos there is no reason why this should not work. The eastbourn is 17 inch wing span and complete it is 35 grams.I have now bought a GUILLOWS SPITFIRE and P40 War hawk.(First Guillows kits i have ever built),which i am planing on doing the same. Will keep you up dated as to how i get on with this project. Here is a link to my sons rc car racing web site which i have hijacked and started putting micro aircraft stuff on.click on link and go to aircraft stuff and you can see what i have done so far.
