guillow's mess up

Post by Squishyp38 »

I got a p-38 kit from guillows a while ago, and just noticed that there was only one thrust button in it......sigh and, I also noticed that it comes with two left spinning props for rubber power... this kind of bothers me because I would like the props to be contra rotating because that is the way they are in real life.... can anybody suggest any places I can get a RIGHT spinning, non-rounded, 9 inch props? (they spin left looking at them from the front)
The P-38 is arguably the best... Forget that, it is THE BEST fighter of world war two, and is epically AWESOME!

are you building for static? get yourself a big nice hunk of wood and carve urself a nice propeller out of it. now you got you some counter rotating props

Guillow's is good about replacing missing or damaged parts, give them a call.

I am building rubber power, not scale.

"Left spinning props" are typical of any model. The standard method is to view direction of rotation from the pilot's point of view. Most model airplane props are "Right hand" or clockwise rotation.
To get left "left hand" or "Counter-ClockWise" propellers, you might try

I know they have 3 bladed, square tip props. Not sure if they have any
CCW props.
