Which kit do you think is Guillow's all time best seller?

Also, which series is the all time best seller?

My money's on the 500 Series Spitfire, although I'd imagine the 900 Series Mustang is up there as well.

I'd guess that the 500 Series is the top selling line.

The P-51 and the spitfire seem likely candidates.

I wonder if the champ is in the old 100 series though since they wore out the dies on that line.

I think it is safe to say that any kits that were discontinued were not popular, that rules out the B-29 and Mosquito. The number of pictures of a plane on the Virtual Aerodrome can also depend on the person building it, some only show a few photos while others can be quite the shutter bug (I prefer the later). It is also interesting to note the number of people owning that particular model, even if they have few or no pictures posted.

The Virtual Aerodrome group also leans towards warbirds so you won't see as many 300, 600 and 700 series as the 500, 400, 800, 1000, and 2000. One could argue that since the 200 series were the first to be laser cut then they are the most popular, but I'm guessing that is not the case. My guess would be the 500, 600, or 700 series are the best sellers if for no other reason than low price.

The red baron. I know of many started, but never flown because the tri-wing is a toughy to fly.
Glad to see my favorite warhawk up at the top. Have bought and built several myself.
