New Guy with questions

I build plastic car models and wanted to try something different so here I am. Bought a Zero, kit#404. This will be a static model.
I like to use ca glue because of the quick dry time. Will this work for the balsa construction or should I use white glue and more patience. I have a lot more questions but will stick with this one for now.
