This is my first build with balsa. I have a 404 Zero and a few questions.
When applying the tissue after the first piece is on should I wait for the glue (50-50 white) dry before doing the next piece?
Do I paper the wings and fuselage, tail separate and then assemble?
When I build a plastic plane I use masking tape and spray paint. Can you use tape and what kind?
I plan on making this a static model.
Thanks for all your help.

No, you do not have to wait for the first piece to dry before going onto the next one.
I have even done both sides of stabs, wings, etc right after one another, just flipping it over.
Yes, best to paper the components separately than assemble afterward. You can even paste on some paper along the edges where they joined, to cover the seams after assembly.
Painters tape works fine for me.
