Guillow kit 602 Super Cub 95

Post by heywooood »

fun quickie build to static scale - oversize 'off airport' tires and a travel pack in one pick

before adding the gear fairings and travel pack

Next time I think I'll scratchbuild an interior for it - this was a 3 day build

I just wanted to see what it would look like if done this way -

I also bought the Fairchild 24 that I plan to convert to the W version with the radial engine - I think the Ranger inline motor looks great on a Ryan STA - but not on the Fairchild
...you made that out of a box of sticks..?

The P-38 is arguably the best... Forget that, it is THE BEST fighter of world war two, and is epically AWESOME!

hey thanks for the encouragement guys - much appreciated!

these little, inexpensive kits are pretty fun to do, either to try new ideas on or just to stay sharp between big projects...

Those Biplanes ought to be an interesting build. Oddly enough for what ever reason there is no edit function in this forum ... no idea why not, would however be a good idea to have it as most other forums allow this or have it.
