How do I post a picture. Are there instructions somewhere.

yes, there are instructions somewhere. You will need to use the search feature to find the thread.
Basically, you need to upload the picture to Photobucket or Flickr or similar. Then you post the [img] link.

When posting a reply, look at the bottom of the screen and click on "upload attachment". Then select where you want to get the pix from, select it and then upload. Be aware there are limits on the size.
