TO GET YOUR PREMADE SIMPLE FLYERS LIKE jetsrream etc to fly fantastic, you need to add dihedral to the wings.
What I did was soak the center section and added an inch to each wing panel. Now these models fly great. They are much more stable in flight and turn in decent performances.
A second method of accomplishing the same thing (and maybe a bit easier) is to score the wings about 2 inches from the tips. Sort of break them and glue at about 1.5 inches dihedral for each one. Then add contest rubber instead of the rubber that came in the kit and it will fly terrific. I even lost one as it wend out of sight.

The gull wing gives it a nice vintage rubber flyer look also, like the Javelin.
