B17g Flying Fortress

I’m currently building the B17 and was wondering if anyone could help me with part B8B. Instructions say before glueing the three top stringers cement B8B in position. I’m assuming it’s to the center keel but it’s not clear as to where it is on the center keel and does it just rest on the keel. I’m thinking it might be better to place it under the top stringers once they are glued.

I believe the outer edges of B8B rest against the next outermost pair of stringers, and that is where it is supposed to be glued first. It doesn't contact the keel. But I'm sure you could add it after the stringers as you suggested.
