Basic airplanes
I know most of you are into scale models, but some of us still remember flying these balsa planes as kids. At 67 yrs. old I have started flying these again. Would like to see some input from people that still enjoy flying these simple planes. How much fun can be had for such little money?

Re: Basic airplanes
Check out these builds by Scigs30.
He builds to the plans precisely and only for flight.
The only modifications he makes are to save or reduce weight or to
maximize flying time and aircraft stability in flight.
No one does this better

Re: Basic airplanes
I like the simplicity. I like those basic stick or box fuselages. It's why I've built a half dozen or so Guillow's Javelins. And I've got a double size Sleek Streek I need to finish up.
