For you old time/experienced model builders this will be a trivial question but I am just getting back into model building and could use some advice.
I decided for durability I would monokote this build. (I also want to try it because as a kid I did the tissue covering and was always envious of those who could do the monokote covering. It always looked so good.)
Here is the question. If I am covering this with monokote should I assemble it first (insert wing and tail into the fuselage) and then monokote it or monokote the separate assemblies first and then assemble them? I am a bit apprehensive of my ability to insert the wing through the fuselage if it is covered before insertion.
Thanks much for you advice,
Frank

I've done monokote on large r/c and tissue on Guillows. My feeling is to do the parts separately, then assemble, with balsa-to -balsa joints.
