The photos of the gusset construction and placement were excellent.

Is is worth putting gussets in the frame for the horizontal stab? Or the rudder?

I'll eventually restart my Arrow build and would like to start off right.

Thanks Andrew

That was really informative...

I have fitted the gussets, although not quite as well as you but I'm pretty satisfied with the result for a first attempt.

The covering comes next :P

Probably can't hurt if you go easy with the glue. A little piece of balsa is like micro grams.

That made me laugh! :D

I did a load of sanding last night.

It took a fair while!

Yeah, me too. My least favorite thing, too bad sanding is often the difference between and okay fair model and an outstanding one.

Did first standing and shaping on both wing panels part of the fuse and the V stab.

Sanding is a bit of a pain but it does look good when all is done - its worth the effort.

I think I'm pretty much ready to start covering.

I'm going to try to get to a model shop this weekend to get some blue tissue for the fuse.

If I can get that I'll be ready to go.

Hopefully they will all fly!

Not that I'll have the weather to fly it but you never know.

Have a great weekend.
