Do you ship outside of the US?
We only ship to the United States, Canada, U.S Possessions(Mexico, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands).

Why did I not get a confirmation that my order is complete?
Maybe you did not complete your order online. Emails are sent only if your order is considered to have completed information. If you were unable to complete your order please contact us for help.

How do I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or change your order. Once a order ships we are no longer able to make changes or cancel your order.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is NOT charged when you initially place the order online. We make sure your order information is correct and we have the requested products in stock before we start processing your order. Your credit card is not charged until the day we ship your order out.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, since all online orders are processed using credit cards, our minimum order is $10.00. You will need to order at least $10.00 of product to check out thru our shopping cart.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns of products purchased thru this website. Please carefully look over your shopping cart before you submit the order to ensure the products are correct. Once the order is placed and items are shipped out all sales are final.

If you receive a shipment and there is a problem with a product (bad wood, missing parts, not functioning correctly) please notify us immediately and we will of course do our best to take care of you and send replacements.
